What materials are your products made from?

All our glassware is made from high-quality glass — durable, heat-resistant, and 100% recyclable. We source from trusted manufacturers and every piece is tested for daily commercial and home use.

How do I care for or maintain this product?

Most of our glassware is dishwasher safe. For best results, avoid extreme temperature changes — don't pour boiling water into a cold glass. Hand washing with warm water extends the life of any glass.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your glass arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. If you're not satisfied or if anything arrives broken, reach out within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement. Glass breakage in transit is covered — just send us a photo of the damage.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Within Dubai, orders are delivered by our in-house team — typically within 1-2 business days. For other Emirates, we ship via courier and delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?

Yes. All our glassware is 100% recyclable, reusable, and built to last. We actively promote glass over plastic to reduce waste. Our packaging and delivery methods are optimized for minimal environmental impact.

Do you offer trade pricing for businesses?

Yes. At checkout, select the HORECA option and enter your company name and VAT registration number (TRN). A 15% discount applies automatically to all items, with additional discounts on larger orders.

Do you offer free delivery for business orders?

Yes. All HORECA orders receive free delivery regardless of order amount.

Can I visit and see the products before ordering?

Absolutely. Visit SAKCO le Café at Wasl Port Views, Dubai. Our full glassware collection is on display and in daily use. Open daily, 9AM–11PM.
