SHIPPING POLICY

SAKCO ships within the United Arab Emirates only. All orders are dispatched from SAKCO le Café, Wasl Port Views, Dubai.
DELIVERY WITHIN DUBAI
Orders within Dubai are delivered by our in-house team. Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery is free for orders of AED 260 and above. For orders below AED 260, a flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies.
DELIVERY TO OTHER EMIRATES
Orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain are delivered via our courier partners. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery is free for orders of AED 260 and above. For orders below AED 260, a flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during business hours, Sunday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
PACKAGING
Every order is carefully packed to protect your glassware during transit. We use protective wrapping and cushioning materials to minimize the risk of breakage. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. For Dubai deliveries, our team may contact you directly to coordinate a delivery time. For other Emirates, tracking information will be provided where available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be available in the future.
HORECA / BUSINESS DELIVERIES
