RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SAKCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through sakco.co.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Glassware is fragile, and despite our careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
To report damage, email sales@sakco.co or contact us on WhatsApp at +971 58 577 8998 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage. We will not request you to return broken glassware — once verified, we will ship a replacement or process your refund immediately.
RETURNS — CHANGE OF MIND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or defect, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be securely packaged to prevent breakage during return transit — SAKCO is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue store credit to your SAKCO account equal to the full value of the returned products. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at sakco.co and does not expire.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit, please let us know when submitting your return request. Refunds to original payment method will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email sales@sakco.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and the drop-off or shipping address.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
HORECA / BUSINESS ORDERS
Returns and refunds for HORECA (wholesale/trade) orders are handled separately. Please contact your SAKCO account representative or reach out to sales@sakco.co to discuss your specific situation.
